The stadum is located in downtown Phoenix, and the I-10 freeway is the most convenient method of access. Get off at either the 7th Street or 7th Avenue exists, and head south to find the stadium.
There is plenty of parking - both official and unofficial! - around the stadium. Most of the restaurants, bars, etc. are on the north and west sides of Chase Field. These include Alice Coopers'town at 101 E Jackson St, Phoenix, or if you want something a little fancier, I recommend Kincaid's Fish, Chop and Steakhouse at 2 S 3rd St, Phoenix. The east and south sides are not generally good neighborhoods, but are safe enough before and after games, due to the number of people about.
